Kynam Agarwood & South Red Agate Bracelet Set, Plum Blossom Charm
For the wrist that wants its two materials to announce each other — Kynam agarwood and South Red Agate in a paired bracelet set, with a plum blossom and bell charm at the focal point.
This comes as a set of two bracelets designed to be worn together, each one carrying the same materials in different proportions. The outer bracelet carries the larger elements: chunky Kynam agarwood barrel beads of substantial scale, vivid South Red Agate rounds, and a brushed warm-tone accent sphere at the focal position, its matte satin texture different from the polished stone on either side. The inner bracelet runs smaller — dark agarwood disc rondelles, the same vivid South Red rounds, a tighter composition that sits closer to the wrist when both are worn together. Two bracelets, one composition.
The agarwood barrel beads in the outer bracelet are notably large — chunky, blocky, each one showing the warm dark-brown grain at a scale where the grain striations are clearly visible. The irregular surface reads as genuinely worked material rather than machine-turned, the slight variation in form from bead to bead confirming the natural material beneath. The fragrance is continuous from these pieces through the day; there is enough surface area at this bead size that the wood releases without heat.
The South Red Agate rounds are approximately 8.5 mm in both bracelets — vivid orange-red, the color that reads across a room. This is South Red in the range that carries its saturation without augmentation, the color coming from the mineral itself. Against the dark warm agarwood, the red reads as the vivid note that completes the composition.
At the focal area of each bracelet sits a plum blossom flower charm: five petals with a small crystal set at the center of the flower. The botanical form is a contrast in delicacy to the chunky beads on either side. From the same focal cluster, a filigree bell charm hangs on a short chain — the bell ending in a small crystal drop below. The bell gives each bracelet a gentle pendulum motion and catches light as the wrist moves.
The agarwood is for the foundation — the dark, fragrant wood that the composition rests on. The South Red is for the color: the vivid register that makes the piece read at a distance. The plum blossom and bell are for the craft: the delicate counterpoint that turns two bead strands into a considered composition.

About Agarwood
Agarwood forms when an aquilaria tree responds to injury by producing a dense, resin-saturated heartwood. The rarer the resin, the deeper the fragrance.
Kynam is the highest grade — soft, oily, complex. Its scent shifts from sweet to floral to woody throughout the day.
