Size — wrist

For the wrist that moves through a room and holds its own — ox-blood South Red Agate, Kynam agarwood, and sky turquoise in a piece that knows how to be seen.

Some bracelets whisper. This one speaks in a clear, warm voice. The South Red Agate beads are large and freeform — each one a rounded, organic shape that tumbles slightly differently from its neighbors — and the color is the deep, saturated ox-blood red prized by collectors for generations. Held in the light, each bead reveals layers of internal color: crimson shifting into brown shifting back into red, with natural banding that tells you nothing was done to intensify what was already there.

The South Red Agate is for warmth. At roughly 9 by 15mm, these are substantial beads — present, not delicate — and they carry a quality that makes the wrist feel rich. The ox-blood variety is known for its density of color and its internal marbling: a material that looks more valuable the longer you look at it. It is associated in Chinese tradition with protection, vitality, and the kind of good fortune that comes through sustained effort.

The Kynam agarwood is for grounding. The agarwood appears as small square tablets — dark, dense, with visible grain — set between the red agate beads as natural spacers. They contribute both visual texture and the quiet, warm resin fragrance that Kynam is known for: a honey-sweet depth that warms with body heat. Against the vivid red of the agate, the dark wood functions as shadow — the thing that makes the red read even more fully.

The turquoise is for sky. Small turquoise spacers — sky blue, precise — appear at intervals along the bracelet, introducing a cool contrast that keeps the palette from reading as only warm. Turquoise has been worn alongside red stone in Chinese and Tibetan ornamental traditions for centuries; here the pairing feels both ancient and immediate. A few small green stone accents echo the same earth-and-sky logic from another angle.

The bracelet is a multi-strand wrap, the freeform agates rolling slightly with each movement of the wrist. Worn loose, it moves with natural ease. Photographed or seen in person, it commands attention without performing for it.

Materials: South Red Agate (ox-blood freeform, approx. 9 x 15mm), Kynam agarwood (square tablet beads), natural turquoise spacers, accent stone beads

South Red Agate and turquoise are natural stones; color and patterning vary between pieces. Avoid prolonged water exposure and contact with perfume. Store flat in a dry pouch when not worn.

About Agarwood

Agarwood forms when an aquilaria tree responds to injury by producing a dense, resin-saturated heartwood. The rarer the resin, the deeper the fragrance.

Kynam is the highest grade — soft, oily, complex. Its scent shifts from sweet to floral to woody throughout the day.
